What is Eros Coaching?
Eros coaching is a deep version of Life coaching: helping you with themes and issues in your life, clarifying underlying causes for goals not met, illuminating challenges that keep you from being deeply satisfied. Yet, having Eros explicit in the mix is a clear distinguishing factor from traditional forms of life coaching.
Together, we can explore:
- Inadequate sexual education from family, religion, school, and health care professionals.
- Discovering how sexual shame has damaged self-image, interfered with relationships, or thwarted one’s ability to love.
- Playing with pleasure as a powerful and valuable form of education and path to higher states of consciousness.
- Engaging states of arousal that can be free of fantasy, unfinished emotional business, religious dogma, and culturally proscribed sexual behaviors.
